We collect data during two processes: website browsing and online purchases – both are standard with any online transactions you have done in the past.
WEBSITE BROWSING

We are not able to identify or collect any personally identifiable information (PII) during web browsing that would tie individuals to their name, address or any other specific personal information. We can still gather important insights such as which regions the majority of our users come from and on average how much time they spend on our site. These pieces of information can help us offer better products and services to our customers.
ONLINE PURCHASES
When you purchase our limo service, we store your name, pick up/drop off locations and contact information (email and phone number) because this information is essential to fulfilling your booking and delivering excellent service. To minimize re-entering of the same information, users can create an account on our site. We offer self-serve booking and users can book a trip, download and print their trip history and cancel trips once they are logged in their account. If you wish, you can always delete your account at any time after you log in.
Credit card information used to pay for limo service is securely processed by payment processor Stripe – we are not able to see your full financial information. As a standard practice for safe online transactions, we use a secure socket layer to ensure your data travels securely between web server and browsers.
CUSTOMER SERVICE
We may use your personal information stored in our system when you book online to serve you better. For example, we might use your phone number to let you know when we are close to your destination. As part of our standard process, we will use your email to send you an email confirmation, cancellation or receipt. We may also use your email to notify you of any rewards or coupons that may apply to you.
